This is Josie, my very first preemie. Wow, was she tiny - born at 33 weeks and amazingly out of the NICU in less than a week, this teeny little thing is not quite 5 pounds. This shot doesn't do her small size justice! This is definitely my new favorite image. We waited for this smile - she kept teasing us with it, and persistence paid off.
