Little mover...

We roamed all over the Arboretum for this little guy's one-year shoot.  He is just a week younger than my "baby," but unlike mine, this kid is on the move, walking everywhere!  He was such a trooper and was in the best mood the whole time.  Here are a few from the shoot...

Sneak peek.

Leigh Ann, here's a sneak peek while I work on your gallery...  He was SO precious - not many smiles, to mom's dismay, but so many sweet faces and looks.  He looks great in color, but was made for black and white, too!  I just loved his sweet face in this one.  : )

Three peas.

This was just the cutest family!  The new little sister is the apple of this family's eye - siblings 5 and 8 dote on her to no end, and mom and dad are, of course, crazy about her.  I think having a new little one again after 5 years gives you a new perspective on how teeny and sweet and special babies are.  : )  All three of these kids were so photogenic and good for the camera!  

Blue eyes.

The second I walked in the door, I was struck by this little sweetie's huge blue eyes and shock of dark hair.  What a gorgeous combination!  I just had to upload this one first - Audrey, here's a sneak peek while I work on your gallery.   : ) 

Dream baby.

Oh my goodness, this little gal was an absolute dream.  This was my third and final newborn from last weekend - I have finally finished all of the galleries!  Little D was so sweet and cuddly and she slept the WHOLE time.  Her cheeks are to die for and she already has these beautiful long eyelashes.   : )  Amy, it was great to see you and I can't wait to see her grow up!  

  

Sleepy guy.

After a tiny struggle, little E completely zonked out and slept almost the entire shoot.  Even when he was awake, he was SO good - I hope he continues to be this easy!  I just love seeing first time parents and I can tell mom and dad are already head over heels for their sweet baby boy.  Elizabeth, I had a great time hanging out with you and catching up.  I hope you all love your pictures! 

Mr. Cheeks...

My first client post on the blog is the new baby boy of a friend of mine.  He was almost 4 weeks at the time of the shoot, which, believe it or not, is "old" for a newborn shoot!  We had a hilarious time trying to quiet his wiggling and grunting, but finally got him to sleep for little bit!  This little guy is ADORABLE - filling out and getting some very squishy cheeks.  I also got lots of shots of big brother, who wanted to show me everything in the house, including his teeny green camera (see my blog header).  Enjoy!
